Avery Dennison enhances customer experience at annual event

Held in Jaipur, Aarohan 2019 showcased the extensive product portfolio through a product experience zone set up
Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions annual customer event, Aarohan 2019, took place in Jaipur, for the 3rd successive year. The event focused on setting the strategic direction for the future, and also recognising their key customers’ exceptional contribution during the first ever Avery Dennison’s Award night. It had the largest turnout to date with almost 120 key customers from around the country participating.
During the 2 daylong conference, there were multiple sessions discussing the growth areas and the upcoming trends that can be foreseen. The two themes that stood out were sustainability as well as improved customer experience. These informative sessions led to active participation of the audience and exchange of ideas during the conference.
For this year’s event, the focus was to ensure a remarkable customer experience from the moment they walked into the hotel. To showcase the extensive product portfolio, a product experience zone was set up. Here, Avery Dennison simulated a bus stop, parking lot and a mall experience by showcasing their products used in different applications. Some products which garnered much interest were the Vela dynamic display, solar window films with heat reduction benefits, as well as the newly launched JT8300 dot floor which was used as wayfinder.
The post conference dinner party was always looked forward by the customers and distributors as a networking opportunity. The highlight of the night was the award ceremony, where the partners were recognized for their passion and hard work in 2018. Ninth Avenue Industries and J.N. Arora group were awarded the highest honor as Distributor of the Year winner and runner up, while Kaiser Vitals, New Delhi won the prestigious Avery Dennison Innovation Award.
