Shashi Sinha, CEO, IPG Mediabrands India to address & moderate OAC 2017 session on media planning & OOH

Shashi Sinha - CEO IPG Mediabrands India, manages the second largest media agency group that includes Lodestar UM, Initiative Media, BPN, Reprise, Interactive Avenues, Mediabrands Rapport & Magna Global in India
Mainstreaming OOH will be a key constituent of the agenda of the upcoming Outdoor Advertising Convention (OAC) that will be held at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel, Powai, Mumbai during July 28-29 this year. To direct focused attention on this imperative for the OOH industry, a session on ‘What will it take for media planners to believe more in OOH?’ will be conducted at the Convention. Shashi Sinha – CEO IPG Mediabrands India, will speak on this theme and moderate a panel discussion that will have 3-4 senior media planners as speakers and discussants.
Shashi manages the second largest media agency group that includes Lodestar UM, Initiative Media, BPN, Reprise, Interactive Avenues, Mediabrands Rapport & Magna Global in India. The group manages approximately 20% of the overall media spend in the country and is widely recognized for its strategic approach to media solutions across a wide portfolio of over 100 blue chip clients, such as, Amul, Coca-Cola, Samsung, RB, Amazon.
Shashi is also actively involved in various industry bodies, such as, the Advertising Standards Council of India, the Advertising Agencies Association of India, Audit Bureau of Circulation of which he is the immediate past Chairman, and The Ad Club of which he is the past president and chairing the technical committee of BARC.
He is an alumni of IIT Kanpur & IIM Bangalore where he was conferred the “Distinguished Alumni Award”.
