L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) invites RfP for exclusive train branding rights
The ad rights will be awarded for a period of 5 years, extendable by another 5 years.
L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd (LTMRHL) has invited Request for Proposal (RfP) (Package No: RFP/Advertisement/23-24/002) for the award of exclusive Metro train branding (in-train and exterior) on 55 train sets. The ad rights will be awarded for a period of 5 years, extendable by another 5 years.
LTMRHL maintains that the mounting and removal of the stickers is in the scope of the agency, that shall also ensure that the surfaces of the trains are stain free post removal of the campaign.
The minimum bid amount kept as annual sub-license fee payable to LTMRHL is Rs 15 crore, with a 7.55 annual escalation of the fee. Payments shall be made quarterly in advance, bank guarantee for amount equivalent to two quarters of the annual fees to deposited till the end of the contract.
Agencies are invited to submit sealed bid document with LTMRH, addressed to ‘Sama Mohan JGM- SCM Department, L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited’ on or before July 26, 2023.
LTMRHL informs that the RFPs received shall be technically scrutinised and evaluated. If the proposal meets the necessary technical parameters, it will be recommended for further processing. Commercial evaluations shall be done subsequently.
