Eastern Railway’s Asansol Division invites bids for vinyl wrapping

Asansol Division in West Bengal of the Eastern Railway has invited tenders sealed in two packets – Packet A (Technical officers) and Packet B (Financial officer). The Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Eastern Railway, has invited the bids for awarding three-year contracts for the display of commercial publicity on upper and lower panels (above and below the window) of exterior surface of Mainline Electric Multiple Unit (MEMU) rakes of Asansol Division by using Vinyl Stickers.

Twelve coaches of MEMU’s 19 rakes and 8 coaches of MEMU’s 4 rakes are available for the display of commercial publicity. Total trailer coach area available for the advertisement above the window of the rake is 180.16 sq. ft, and below the window available area in the trailer coach is 326 sq.ft. The available area for the guard side of the motor coach is 138.91 sq.ft and the area available for the driver side of the motor coach is about 156.31 sq.ft. Total area available for the display of the commercial publicity, including the upper and the lower panel, is estimated to be 5,440.44 sq.ft and 3,626.96 sq.ft per rake for both 12 coaches MEMU rake and 8 coaches MEMU rake respectively.
