DDX Asia workshop on ‘How to map ROI for a tech integrated store environment’ on Dec 9

Bhavin Kothari, CIO & Head of Logistics & Supply Chain, ace turtle, will conduct the workshop, which will delve into the best ways of maximising returns from a front-end focused tech integrated store experience. Use of technology in the retail space is a given today, what with emerging new dynamics in shopper behaviour, the inevitable need to integrate all consumer touchpoints and the challenges that offline retailers face in a digitally driven, e-comm led environment.

But technology in the retail space is an expansive, grey area that entails multiple aspects – from back-end operations including supply chain and inventory management, to front-end experiential value-additions, customer relationship management and data analysis, among others. For most retailers the inevitable question is how to measure the impact of technology on the front-end or the customer experience part of the whole process.

The workshop on ‘How to map ROI for a tech integrated store environment’ to be held at the upcoming DDX Asia expo at Nehru Centre, Worli, Mumbai, on December 9, 2023will delve into some critical aspects of making technology meaningfully deliver and enhance customer experience. 

The workshop will be conducted by  Bhavin Kothari, CIO & Head of Logistics & Supply Chain at retail technology companyace turtleBhavin brings over 25 years of experience as a technology professional with domain expertise in Fashion, Home, Grocery retail, Manufacturing, Trading, etc. Prior to joining ace turtle, he held leadership positions as Sr. Vice President – IT with the Landmark Group India for 16 years, and as an IT Manager for Al Shirawi Group based in Dubai for 7 years. At ace turtle, Bhavin heads the technology and supply chain function of the Licensed Brands business and drives digital and technology transformation alongside delivering value across enterprise data activities. He also heads the Logistics & Supply Chain function at the company.
