Celebrated Actor & Padma Shri Awardee Manoj Bajpayee to address Outdoor Advertising Convention 2023 in Delhi

Manoj Bajpayee will be speaking on the theme of ‘Getting the best out of life's roller-coaster rides’

Manoj Bajpayee, one of India’s most distinguished actors and a Padma Shri awardee, will be delivering an inspirational address on the theme of ‘Getting the best out of life's roller-coaster rides’ at the upcoming Outdoor Advertising Convention 2023 in Delhi. The two-day Convention will be organised at the Manekshaw Centre. Manoj Bajpayee joins an eminent panel of speakers who will be addressing individual sessions at OAC 2023 on diverse themes that inspire and illuminate the Indian OOH leadership to attain lofty goals.

A recipient of three National Film Awards, six Filmfare Awards and two Asia Pacific Screen Awards, Manoj Bajpayee was awarded the Padma Shri, India’s fourth highest civilian honour, for his contributions to art. 

Manoj Bajpayee made his feature film debut with a role in Bandit Queen. His first significant success came in his role as gangster Bhiku Mhatre in the crime drama Satya and since then there was no looking back. He had then received the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor and Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor for the film. 

Some of the other defining films that he has acted in are Kaun, Shool, Aks, Pinjar, Rajneeti, Gangs of Wasseypur, Chakravyuh, Special 26, Kick, Aligarh, Gali Guleiyan, Bhonsle, Gulmohar, among a host of successful releases. He has also essayed big impact roles in OTT serials such as ‘The Family Man’.

His latest film Sirf Ek Bandaa Kafi Hai has been an outstanding success, and created history as first film that after being released on the OTT platform (ZEE5) got released in theatres too.

Manoj Bajpayee has been at the forefront of Indie cinema with his critically acclaimed works. Among his notable roles, his award winning work in ‘Aligarh’, that garnered him numerous awards for playing a gay man, was a path-breaking work in Indian mainstream cinema. The eminent actor has also done Telugu and Tamil language films.

Manoj Bajpayee first got noticed for his role in ‘Swabhimaan’ tele serial on Doordarshan in the early 1990s.
