B’lore division of SW Railway invites bids for wrapping/painting Rajdhani & Shatabdi trains
Bids invited for display of advertisement through fleet graphic films by full wrapping/painting of the exterior of four rakes of train. No.22691/92 & 22693/94 Rajdhani Express, and one rake of train. No. 12027/28 Shatabdi Express
The office of Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Bangalore Division of South Western Railway, has invited bids (Tender Notice No. B/C. Pub/tender/wrapping/Painting/2014 Dated: 01.09.2014) for display of advertisement through fleet graphic films by full wrapping/painting of the exterior of four rakes of train. No.22691/92 & 22693/94 Rajdhani Express, and one rake of train. No. 12027/28 Shatabdi Express.
The bidders for wrapping/painting of four rakes of train. No.22691/92 & 22693/94 Rajdhani Express shall furnish an EMD of Rs 1.6 lakh. The reserve price for this contract is Rs 80 lakh per annum.
The bidders for wrapping/painting of one rake of train. No. 12027/28 Shatabdi Express shall furnish an EMD of Rs 30,000. The reserve price for this contract is Rs 15 lakh per annum.
The bids shall be submitted as sealed tender in two-packet system. Tender documents will be available on all working days at the Bangalore Division office until 3pm, October 6.
Sealed tender documents will be received by the Division between 10am and 3pm, October 7, and the tender documents will be opened at 3:30pm the same day.
