South Delhi Municipal Corporation invites bids for CTCs & urinals
520 locations included in the tender
South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has invited bids for advertising rights on existing community toilet complexes (CTCs) and urinals. The tender will be allotted on’as is where is basis’ and the bidder will be responsible to inspect the sites and obtain required information on the same. The sites allotted for the bid cover different areas of the capital, such as, South Zone (108 sites), West Zone (183 sites), Najafgarh Zone (89 sites) and Central Zone (140 sites). All waterless urinals and CTCs differ in measurement.
The tender forms are already out and the last date to submit is January, 2015 whereas the bids will be opened on January 20, 2015.
The proposed consolidated MLF are as follows:
- Rs 2.75 lakh for 108 CTCs and urinals in South Zone
- Rs 11 lakh for 183 CTCs and urinals in West Zone
- Rs 11 lakh for 140 CTCs and urinals in Central Zone
- Rs 7 lakh for 89 CTCs and urinals in Najafgarh Zone
