KRSTC invites bids for ad rights on 15 Volvo city buses
The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years
Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has invited tender rights on 15 Volvo city buses for the display of advertisement. The advertisement is available on back panel, side panels and inside of the buses (passengers grab handles, back side of the passenger’s seats) and 2X1 LED display. The bidder shall pay Rs 500 through e-payment and demand draft of Rs. 1,99,500 before the submission of the application to be uploaded in the e-portal. The minimum license fee has been fixed at Rs. 12,500 for each bus per month and Rs. 1,87,500 for all 15 Volvo city buses per month.
The bid is valid till 90 days from the date of commencement. The last date of the receipt of tender is on 23rd March and the opening of the financial bid is on 25th March.
According to the KRSTC official, already 5 participants have enrolled in this bidding process, the selection shall be based on the highest bidder and shall be declared on the opening of this bid.
