AAI invites bids for ad rights at Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar
The advertising space comprising 16,300 sq.ft (Indoor – 7,800 sq.ft. and outdoor – 8,500 sq.ft.) will be given for the duration of 10 years – for both static and digital media as well as activation. The tender will be allotted on Payment of Monthly Concession Fee basis.
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for advertising rights concession to design, develop, operate, and market the advertising opportunity at locations as approved at the new domestic terminal building (T!) of Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar.
AAI is engaged in the development, operation and maintenance of airports in India and as part of this endeavour the authority had undertaken the construction of Terminal 1 for passenger traffic at the Bhubaneswar airport in Odisha. In order to maintain and upgrade the passenger facilities for the airport users, AAI intends to grant advertisement rights at Bhubaneswar Airport-T1. The bids shall account for the passenger terminal, city side traffic circulation areas and approach roads.

The big documents are to be submitted latest by September 30, 2017 and the bids will be opened on October 3, 2017.
