Pioneer Outdoor to let out 6 FOBs for advertising in Bengaluru

Outdoor media giant Pioneer has recently erected 3 FOBs/skyboxes in different locations in Bengaluru while 3 more will soon be launched and these will provide opportunities for various brands’ outdoor practices. The operational FOBs come with various facilities like lifts, glass coverage, CCTV cameras, generator back-up and other security measures. These FOBs are located at Mysore Road opposite Gopalan Mall, Yeshwantpur near WTC and Old Airport Road, Shanti Sagar, Indiranagar. The locations where the FOBs are yet to be operational are NR Square, Old Airport Road opposite Cloud 9 Hospital and near Raj Bhawan, Indira Fountain.

Sunil Vasudeva, Director, Pioneer Outdoor, said, “We have given utmost importance to public safety and security through these FOBs. Off course, there will be brands advertising through them but we have not sacrificed public convenience for the branding comfort. We have already witnessed lesser traffic jams in the mentioned locations as huge number of commuters are commuting via shorter passage instead of taking a longer U-turn. Three sites are already operational, while other three will be operational in another 4-5 months. To support the public convenience even further, Pioneer is letting out only frontlit panels than using several OOH formats. “Our focus also lies in the beautification of the city, reinstates Vasudeva.

Pioneer has already built similar FOB at Collectorate Road Bhopal, where LIC is advertising while another one at ISBT Bhopal will soon be operational. “We already have introduced similar concepts in cities like Agra, Jaipur and Kolkata, informed Vasudeva.
