Pioneer bags rights of metro stations & unipoles in Delhi

OOH major Pioneer Publicity shared that it has won rights for LED screens at ITO metro station under Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) along with naming rights of two metro stations in Faridabad lines and one station in Gurgaon line. Pioneer has also bagged rights of unipoles of some south Delhi clusters of Ring Road and Outer Ring Road.

On these grand wins, Sunil Vasudeva, Director, Pioneer Publicity, commented, “Our motto is not only to provide effective OOH solutions to brands but to also aid the beautification of the city. I am delighted to be part of the ITO station for which DMRC has some innovative outdoor plans. According to the recent tender rolled out by DMRC, ITO station will display only LED screens with a total of 100 sq mt and an approximate number of 15 sites will be available, while the screen size would be 12′ in width and 6′ in breadth.

As revealed by Pioneer, they will start the contract tentatively by mid-May. ITO is known for its heavy traffic with diversions towards Noida, east Delhi, north Delhi, central Delhi, ISBT. The station comes in Line 6 i.e. Badarpur line & catering to stations like, JLN, Lajpat Nagar, Khan Market, Moolchand, GK, Nehru Place, Kalkaji, Sarita Vihar , Badarpur etc.  “This is going to be an exclusive contract for 9 years with LED screens all over instead of traditional backlit signage, informed sources from Pioneer. Apart from this deal, Pioneer has also acquired naming rights of metro stations like Badkal and Neelam/Ajronda in the Faridabad line and IFFCO in Gurgaon line.

On another win, Pioneer has bagged rights of unipoles in south Delhi, part of Ring Road and Outer Ring Road. “We have won rights for 2 clusters out of 9 clusters. On Ring road, the stretch will be from Dhaula Kuan to AIIMS while Outer Ring Road stretch will be from Vasant Gaon to Savitri Cinema, revealed sources from Pioneer.
