FIITJEE co-branding of IIT Delhi metro station temporarily removed
The co-branding has been temporarily removed until the size of the disclaimer related to the co-branding has been decided upon
FIITJEE co-branding of IIT Delhi metro station has hit another bump, for now. The co-branding has been temporarily removed until the size of the disclaimer related to the co-branding has been decided upon. As per media reports quoting a concerned DMRC official, the FIITJEE branding has been temporarily covered till all issues pertaining to the display of the disclaimer are finalized between the (third-party) licensee and the brand (FIITJEE).
Earlier, the Delhi High Court had dismissed appeals by FIITJEE and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi against a single-judge order that had directed the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to put up disclaimers at its FIITJEE/IIT Metro station stating that the two institutes are “not connected”.
