Mobility promises to add new dimensions to OOH advertising. In the western markets, mobile applications are being used in a significant way to bolster OOH advertising and deliver great consumer experiences. The moot question, can mobility solutions influence Indian OOH’s transformational journey. What results would brands expect to see from using mobility-enabled OOH media? What aspects of an OOH campaign can be amplified using mobility? Would brands like to use mobility-enabled OOH across the board, or mainly in controlled environments like airports, malls, etc.?

Satyajit Sen, Director- Media Management, Samsung India, India’s leading advertiser in the personal technology space, will speak on the topic “Will integration of mobility solutions with OOH deliver brand message more effectively? The way forward at the upcoming Outdoor Advertising Convention 2016 that will held at Hyatt Regency in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR during June 17-18.

Before joining Samsung India, Satyajit was CEO of ZenithOptimedia India, until May 2014. Under his leadership ZenithOptimedia India won business from leading brands like Reckitt Benckiser, Toshiba, Honda, Apollo Tyres, Aviva, Micromax, Jabong, Cargill Foods, Mc Cain Foods, Aviva, OLX, Telenor, Siemens, and IDBI Federal. He led the successful integration of Resultrix — India’s leading search specialist agency, and created a great management team at ZO with infusion of talent from client/ creative agencies.

Satyajit has also worked as Vice President, MediaCom, General Manager, Maxus, Delhi, and Associate Vice President, Initiative Media. He is an alumnus of St Xavier’s College, Kolkata, Jadavpur University, and University of Calcutta.
