Ritu Mittal joins the jury for the 20th edition of OOH Advertising Awards 2026
Ritu, who heads marketing and Bayer Consumer Health brings nearly two decades of experience in brand building, digital transformation and consumer-centric storytelling to OAA 2026.
Ritu Mittal, Head of Marketing and Digital, Bayer Consumer Health Division in India, has joined the OOH Advertising Awards for its 20th edition as a jury member to judge the entries.
A seasoned marketing professional with close to two decades of experience across FMCG, consumer health and technology sectors, Ritu currently leads the marketing and digital functions at Bayer Consumer Health in India. Since joining Bayer in 2020 as one of the early members of the newly formed Consumer Health division, she has played a pivotal role in defining the business vision, shaping its operating model and building a digital-first marketing function.
Known for her consumer-centric approach and transformative leadership, Ritu firmly believes in the power of creativity, digital and technology to transform everyday health in India. Under her leadership, Bayer’s healthcare brands have leveraged innovative storytelling formats to create engaging consumer conversations and strengthen brand relevance.
Prior to Bayer, Ritu spent over 11 years at Procter & Gamble, where she led marketing for the personal healthcare category and managed marquee brands including Vicks, Oral-B and Tide. During her tenure, she was part of award-winning work that earned recognition at the Cannes Lions for two consecutive years for the acclaimed ‘Vicks Touch of Care’ campaign.
Throughout her career, Ritu has worked extensively on business and brand growth strategies, new product launches, market expansions and innovation-led initiatives across global and regional brands.
Commenting on the awards Ritu said, “The 20th edition of the OOH Advertising Awards is a significant milestone. I’m looking forward to seeing the work and learning from the creativity on display. It’s always inspiring to see how the industry continues to push boundaries and redefine the potential of the medium.“
The winners of OAA 2026 will be announced at the awards ceremony on the evening of July 25, 2026, following the conclusion of the OOH Advertising Convention (OAC), which will be held on July 24–25, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt, Goa.
