Lloyd Mathias to Chair OAA 2019 Jury

Highly acknowledged corporate leader Lloyd Mathias will be chairing the Outdoor Advertising Awards (OAA) 2019 Jury. Lloyd, who has held senior leadership roles in sales, marketing & business development in Fortune 500 companies across India & the Asia-Pacific region in the Consumer Goods, Telecoms and Technology segments, was also the Chair of the Jury for the OAA 2018 contest.

Until June 2017, Lloyd was the marketing head of HP’s Consumer PC business across Asia Pacific & Japan, based out of Singapore. In previous corporate roles he was President & CMO at Tata Docomo and Senior Sales Director for Motorola’s Mobile phone business in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Lloyd had his basic grounding in consumer goods spending 12 years with PepsiCo. His last role was Executive VP Marketing and Category Director for PepsiCo’s beverages in India.

He has been Chairman of MRUC, the publishers of the Indian Readership Survey IRS, Co-Chair of the Device Strategy Council of the Worldwide Mobility Development Group and Asia Board Member of the CMO Council.

Lloyd is a science graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, has an MBA from the University of Bombay and completed a Senior Executive Program at the London Business School. In 2007 he named among the world’s top 15 marketers, by International list magazine – a list that celebrates those international marketers behind outstanding cross border campaigns.

The OAA 2019 Jury meets will be held in Delhi NCR and Mumbai, and the winners of the contest will receive the metals at the Outdoor Advertising Awards function to be held on July 27 evening at the Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel, Powai, Mumbai.
