Macromedia installs Efi VUTEk® GS3250LXR LED UV roll-to-roll printer at Chennai unit

Macromedia Digital Imaging has installed EFI-VUTEk® GS3250LXr Pro LED roll to roll UV Inkjet printer from Arrow Digital at its Chennai unit. Macromedia, one of the biggest printers in business, has installed the green machine to fulfill the growing demand of the industry. The EFI VUTEk® GS3250LXr Pro LED roll-to-roll printer meets specific requirements for the production of fleet & vehicle graphics, billboard displays, outdoor signage and much more using the new VUTEk Super range, Superwide colour gamut inks. With true grayscale, high image quality, the EFI VUTEk GS 3250 LXr prints at 1600 ft2 / hr with 600 dpi; and billboard displays at even higher speeds.

The EFI VUTEk® GS3250LXr Pro LED roll-to-roll printer produces high-margin, closely viewed graphics with six colours and true variable-drop grayscale print capability. The GS3250 LXr Super-range LED UV Ink exhibits excellent elongation characteristics and withstands heat installation without cracking. It offers an extended colour gamut and ensures maximum reliability and performance. Moreover, the operational cost is low and it drastically reduces power consumption with the aid of LED. The GS 3250 LXr also has optional automated double-sided printing capability for banners and backlit applications. The brilliantly designed “cool cure” LED Greenguard certified technology empowers the ability to produce profit opportunities by offering more premium margin jobs while reducing operating costs and environmental footprint.
