RITES has invited bids for Kolkata OOH advertising package No. 53 Eastern Railway Zone where the last date of opening of Technical Bid on the Auction Portal is on January 31, 2018 at 3.30PM which shall allow the physical submission of supporting documents for the Technical Bid.

RITES Limited on behalf of Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has invited bids for award of Commercial Publicity Rights on license basis in the form of Technical and Financial Bid to be submitted online on the electronic platform https://irar.easyauctions.in (the auction portal) with the terms stipulated in the Tender Document for “Package No.53 Eastern Railway Zone.”

The selected bidder shall have the right to display commercial publicity on the advertising assets at the advertising locations within the zone such as circulating areas, stations, foot over bridges (outside the station building), road over bridges and road under bridges, railway bridges (including safety mesh and bridge panels), level crossing gates, railway colonies, railway workshops, railway production units and depots, boundary walls, railway track land/area not falling within the station premises and PRS counters, excluding the station building (including platforms, kiosks, waiting chairs etc.). The license term shall be for 10 years where the license entitles the selected Bidder to advertise its own or another’s goods and service through advertising on the terms and conditions of the Tender Document and License Agreement.

The bidding process for the Tender shall be conducted in two parts. Bidders shall submit their Technical Bid online and if declared eligible by the Authority, the eligible Bidders shall be allowed to participate in the e-Auction in accordance with the Tender document and submit their Financial Bid on the Auction portal. The division for advertising under available area (in sq. ft) are Howrah (151300 sq.ft.), Sealdah (141334 sq.ft), Asansol (72912 sq.ft), Malda (24547 sq.ft).
