As Head – Brand & Content, Marketing Department, Kumar will be responsible for building up the company’s communications and marketing strategies
After two years of working with Janalakshmi Financial Services Ltd as Vice President & Head of Product Marketing, Kumar Gaurav joins Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance as Head – Brand & Content, Marketing department. He will be building up the content and marketing strategies for this 6-year-old business vertical in order to create the brand identity and various communications. “Insurance is one of the non-attractive segments, which has less awareness amongst the masses. Therefore my endeavour will be to make appropriate content as per the Indian market along with precise strategies for this business proposition to suit each touch point,” shares Kumar.
Kumar is a seasoned brand custodian with more than 14 years of work experience in handling Integrated Marketing communication with successful track record of delivering business results in several industries such as BFSI, Telecom and Retail. He has diversified experience in Marketing & Brand Management and worked with various reputed brands like Shoppers Stop, HDFC bank, Idea Cellular & Pernod Ricard India (Seagram’s) in various capacities and successfully managed creative communication for ATL/BTL campaigns and consumer engagement programs.
