Vodafone steps out to makes V-Day special for consumers
The one day activity was held at Metrowalk Mall, one of the hangout zones in west Delhi.
Vodafone celebrated this valentine’s day with their young users by spreading love in the air. The brand organised an on-ground activation to engage young couples, where the idea was to create a lighthearted and funny situation where Vodafone made a short moment on Valentine’s Day, special for a couple. The one day activity was held at Metrowalk Mall, one of the hangout zones in west Delhi. Vodafone held various activities such as a musical band that played live unplugged love song dedicated to the couple, while leading maker of high-definition cameras GoPros were arranged to capture close surprised reaction of the couple. The brand’s back-end crew stepped in and flew a remote-controlled helicopter with GoPro attached to it and showered onlookers with red rose petals.
The surprise event garnered great response from young couples, who clicked selfies with #closertogether cards and the pictures were shared with the couples through Whatsapp and prints with Vodafone photo frame.
