DC Studios’ ‘Supergirl’ soars in London with OOH takeover

DC Studios has launched a high-impact outdoor campaign across London to promote its upcoming film ‘Supergirl’, bringing the iconic superhero’s emblem and characters into the city’s urban landscape through a series of striking special builds.
The campaign features oversized billboard that extend beyond traditional formats, with a three-dimensional version of the iconic Superman ‘S’ shield protruding from the creative. One execution sees Supergirl herself stepping outside the billboard frame, while another includes Krypto the Superdog perched playfully atop the structure, adding a dynamic and immersive element to the campaign.

Installed at prominent locations across London, the larger-than-life builds transform conventional outdoor advertising spaces into cinematic experiences, mirroring the scale and spectacle associated with the DC Universe.

Movie studios have increasingly turned to experiential and three-dimensional OOH executions to build anticipation around major releases, and the ‘Supergirl’ campaign continues that trend by blending iconic visual assets with innovative outdoor storytelling.
