Palram launches Palboard that’s cut out for innovations
Palboard is easy to fabricate, making it ideal for a wide variety of innovations that may be executed in controlled environments like malls, airports, etc. It is also a good printing substrate suitable for digital or traditional printing
Palram, a global material manufacturing company with an India presence, has launched a new material called Palboard, an innovative sheet that offers the qualities of rigid and foamed PVC together, suitable for innovations. The PVC sheet combines the surface quality and characteristics of rigid PVC with reduced weight given that it has a recycled foamed PVC core. Palboard is easy to fabricate, making it ideal for a wide variety of innovations that may be executed in controlled environments like malls, airports, etc. It is also a good printing substrate suitable for digital or traditional printing. Palboard can be used in harsh chemical environments due to its high chemical resistance.
The benefit of this material is that it has high structural strength with relatively low weight and having good adhesion capabilities. It is easy to fabricate and thermoform along with good electrical and thermal insulation.
