EDMC invites tender for dhallaos/dustbins in Delhi

The East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC), New Delhi has invited bids for display of advertisements on 267 dhallaos/dustbins at sites located within the jurisdiction of EDMC. The allotment of sites will be made on’as-is-where-is’ basis. The duration of the contract will be two years, which is extendable by another year. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for each dhallao/dustbin is Rs.2,000. Applicants need to submit the earnest money deposit (EMD) through a bank draft or pay order in the favor of commissioner, EDMC along with the bids.  Duly completed bids should reach the office of the commercial officer (advertisement), EDMC, Udyog Sadar, 419, Patparganj industrial area, Delhi – 110 092 latest by 1pm on April 18, 2013.The tenders will be opened on the same day at 2pm.
