S W Railway invites bids for full wrapping of 5 trains

Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), South Western Railway, Mysore, has invited sealed tenders from experienced and financially sound advertising agencies for display of advertisement through painting/fleet graphic films by full wrapping of T.No.56231/56232 Mysore-Bangalore-Mysore Passenger, T. No. 56221/56222 Bangalore-Tumkur-Bangalore Passenger, T. No. 56225/56226 Bangalore-Tumkur-Bangalore Passenger, T. No. 56223/56224 Bangalore – Arasikere-Bangalore Passenger and T. No.56237/56238 Mysore-Bangalore-Mysore Passenger.

The contract is for a period of three years, and the tender value is Rs. 21.60 lakh. The tender document sale ends on March 13, 2015 and the filled in documents has to be submitted before March 16, 2015.

The intending tenderer must have in its name as a prime contractor with experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years. The rates and prices quoted by the bidder shall be fixed for the duration of the contract.
