DMRC invites bids for ad rights inside select Line 2 stations
The tender includes different kind of formats such as static, digital, platform screen doors and experiential marketing activities inside designated stations on Line 2
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has invited bids for ad rights on select stations on Yellow Line i.e. Line 2. The tender will be given in two separate schedules i.e. Schedule-1 from Samaypur Badli to Rajiv Chowk and Schedule-2 from Patel Chowk to Arjangarh. Tenure of License Agreement shall be 9 years with a condition of lock in period of two years. The selected bidder shall have the exclusive rights to design, procure/manufacture, install, manage, operate, maintain, market and sell advertising opportunities.
Along with static media formats, the tender also includes 128 Digital TVs of 32’’ screen size each (i.e. 27”x15”), measuring a total of about 33.45 sq.m approximately on Platform Screen Doors (PSDs) at Chawri Bazar Metro Station.
In addition, DMRC is in the process of installing Platform Screen Doors (PSD) at 5 more stations of Line-2 viz. Kashmere Gate, Chandni Chowk, New Delhi, Rajiv Chowk & Central Secretariat Metro Station.
The scope of work also includes new innovative advertising opportunities inside selected metro stations including Experiential Marketing, advertisements by visual aids, smart posters for use, e-commerce for on-line or off-line shopping purposes, etc.
The last to submit the tender is April 12, 2018 and the bids will be opened the following day.
