Patna MC Standing Committee targets big fish engaged in unauthorised biz
The civic body, which was targeting only small players till now, has been asked to target the larger players that are responsible for putting up unauthorised media in the city
The Standing Committee of the Patna Nagar Nigam has once again stepped up the efforts to root out unauthorised media in the city. Keeping in view that the corporation is seen to be targeting the smaller players involved in unauthorised outdoor business, the committee has called for targeted action on the bigger players that are putting up unauthorised sites.
Along with a notification, the standing committee has assigned a 1-month deadline to achieve the results.
Mayor Sita Sahu said the civic body has been asked to collect fine from the defaulters and remove the illegal hoardings.
