Prakash Arts unveils a Foot-Over-Bridge on Adugodi Road, Bangalore
The media rights on the bridge resides with Prakash Arts Pvt Ltd, where the 75’x10′ space on the FOB provides an excellent advertising opportunity with great visibility and huge traffic flow throughout the day.

The bridge was inaugurated by Ramalinga Reddy, Minister for Transport, Government of Karnataka & Kolar District., KJ George, Minister for Bengaluru Development and State Town Planning and B.N Manjunath Reddy, BBMP Mayor. In a welcome move by the Govt. of Karnataka, Ananth Kumar, Cabinet Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers, announced the provision for single window clearance to facilitate construction of public convenience infrastructures like FOBs, bus shelters, public toilets etc.
With limited space on the pavement, the structure was constructed with an escalator running over the steps. This not only enables a lot of space saving but also increased the aesthetics of the FOB. The bridge is well equipped with security cameras, a generator, night lamps and a 24 hours security. “This FOB will definitely ease some pressure on the busy traffic from Forum Mall, where commuters have to sprint across the road to cross it, said C.D.V Subba Rao, CEO, Prakash Arts. Prakash Arts has invested around INR 4 crores on its construction and the work was carried out without hampering the traffic. H.V Surendranath, Chief Operating Officer from Prakash Arts said that there are plans of constructing 17 more FOBs across the city of which two are completed, 10 are under construction and the contract for the rest were recently acquired through tenders.
