If there is a country in the Asia-Pacific region where DOOH media has made a huge impact on advertising, it is China. Jay Lin, Investor & Director at Horizon Media China, and President of the Panda Pacific Media Group, will share his thoughts on the DOOH growth story in China in his presentation on theme ‘How China’s OOH industry adopted DOOH in a big way – success factors’ at the upcoming Outdoor Advertising Convention (OAC) that will be held at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel, Powai, Mumbai.

Jay has served as Founding Director and Chief Planning Officer at Asia OOH Group China, and before he was the CEO of Kailun Media/Posterscope China during 2008-2012. Jay was also the Founder and Chairman of Heartland Media, China’s leading OOH planning and buying service agency; Heartland was acquired by Aegis Media UK in 2007.

In his long and illustrious career, Jay has also served as Managing Director of Vista Media China (Airport Media operator), and Client Service Head at DDB China. He holds an MS in advertising from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
