Starv Outreach secures five-year DOOH advertising contract at Jamnagar railway station
The Delhi NCR-based company has secured advertising rights for 28 digital LED screens at the station under Western Railway’s Rajkot Division, with the contract commencing January 1, 2027.
Starv Outreach Private Limited has secured a five-year digital advertising contract at Jamnagar railway station in Gujarat through the Indian Railways e-Auction process. The contract was signed on November 2, 2026, under Western Railway’s Rajkot Division.
As per the contract agreement, the company has been awarded advertising rights for 28 digital LED screens, each measuring 51 inches, at Jamnagar railway station. The contract will be effective from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031.
The agreement records an annual licensing fee of ₹9 lakh and a total contract value of ₹53.1 lakh. It also provides for a 10% escalation in payments after the completion of three years of the contract period, with the escalation amount payable over and above the stated contract value.
Led by Director Roushan Kumar Srivastava, Starv Outreach is based in Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR. The company plans to install and operate the 28 digital screens at designated passenger locations within the station, creating opportunities for advertisers to reach commuters through digital outdoor media.
Jamnagar is an important industrial and commercial centre in Gujarat, with a strong presence in petroleum refining, petrochemicals and brass manufacturing. Its railway station serves a mix of business travellers, local commuters and tourists, making it a relevant location for brands across sectors such as banking, retail, tourism, government and corporate services.
The contract adds to Starv Outreach’s railway digital advertising portfolio. The company has also cited its involvement in railway digital advertising at Ayodhya Dham Junction as part of its experience in the segment.
