Position Description:
The position holder is expected to drive business growth by individually taking up roles and responsibilities that generate revenue as well as expand growth opportunities within the company. We are looking to employ a persuasive Sales Representative to convince potential clients to purchase advertising space and ensure that existing clients remain satisfied with our advertising products and services.

Job Summary:
• Persuading clients to buy advertising space or time
• Locate and contact potential clients to offer their firm’s advertising services
• Explain to clients how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way
• Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services
• Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients
• Inform clients of available options for advertising art, formats, or features and provide samples of previous work for other clients
• Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to clients for approval
• Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts
• Recommend appropriate sizes and formats for advertising

Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA may be advantageous.
• Proven experience of 3-8 Years in advertising sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
• Demonstrated success in securing advertising deals and meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation strategies
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
