Graphisads IPO to open on Nov 30
The IPO will list on NSE SME exchange
Delhi headquartered integrated marketing, advertising, and communications agency Graphisads Ltd’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) will open for bidding on November 30, 2023 and closes on December 5, 2023.
The Graphisads IPO is a fixed price issue of Rs 53.41 crore and is entirely a fresh issue of 48.12 lakh shares, reports The Mint. The IPO will list on NSE SME with tentative listing date fixed as December 13, 2023.
The Mint has also reported that Graphisads IPO price is Rs 111 per share. The minimum lot size for an application is 1200 shares. The minimum amount of investment required by retail investors is Rs 133,200.
