Team Signpost donates 48350 ML blood on World Hemophilia Day
Signpost employees across Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune and Nagpur offices participated in donating blood
Leading digital outdoor advertising enterprise Signpost India held a blood donation camp coinciding with the World Hemophilia Day across its seven offices pan India as part of its social responsibility and contributed 48350 ML (milliliter) of blood by its 110 donor employees.
“Charity in the form of blood donation cannot be compared with any other form of charity as science is yet to advance and manufacture blood. With excellent support staff and approach by Lilavati Hospital along with banners and motivational contents to encourage the employees for their active contribution, the effort was a small contribution from Signpost towards the cause of Hemophilia,” said Shripad Ashtekar, Managing Director, Signpost India.
Signpost employees across Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune and Nagpur offices participated in the blood donation camp and received a complimentary mini physical check-up including a hemoglobin test, Ashtekar said.
“We are pleased with the experience and will continue our endeavor in several life supporting activities in times to come,” said Khyati Fadia, Human Resource Manager, Signpost India.
