AAI issues RFP for advertising rights at Raipur Airport
About 9,094 sq.ft of advertising space will be sanctioned under the tender and that includes multiple media formats
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has issued an RFP to allot the advertising rights at Swami Vivekanand Airport, Raipur. The Authority has undertaken the construction of a new integrated terminal building for passenger traffic at the Raipur Airport in order to maintain and upgrade the passenger facilities. The tender covers media at the passenger terminals and in the city-side traffic circulation areas and approach roads.
The tender will provide for a gamut of advertising options including static and digital formats, and onground activities. The rights will be awarded on advertising space of 9,094 sq.ft. for a duration of 10 years.
The Authority has provided for a single stage selection process in evaluating the proposals, comprising Technical and Financial Proposals to be submitted together through the online E-tendering website (https://etenders.gov.in).
The pre-bid meeting is expected to take place on October 31, 2017 at 1500 hrs wherein the final bid will open after November 15, 2017.
