EDMC calls bids for ad rights on street light pole kiosks

East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) has rolled out a tender for display of advertisment on street light pole kiosks on’as is where basis’, including all PWD maintained roads. Released today, the tender’s submission last day is December 15, 2014 and the corportation is planning to open the bid the same day. A minimum reserve price of Rs 10 lakh is fixed for contracts for display of advertisment. Earnest money will be three times the bid amount quoted by the tenderer.

The duration of the tender is fixed for two years with one year extendable clause. The contractor will have the liberty to display illuminated and non-illuminated advertisments. The kiosks shall be of standard’50×30′ size and may contain ads on both sides. The kiosks shall be displayed at a height of 3m from the ground. Interested media owners can send their applications to East Delhi Muncipal Corporation office in Patparganj.
