Khyati Shah elevated to President – Group Corporate Communications & CMO at Welspun World

Khyati Shah has been elevated to President – Group Corporate Communications and Chief Marketing Officer at Welspun World, taking on an expanded leadership role across the group’s communications and marketing functions. 

Khyati announced the appointment on LinkedIn, sharing that she is stepping into the new role after nearly five years with Welspun World. She joined the group in October 2021 as Head of Group Corporate Communications and Vice President, before being appointed Chief Marketing Officer in August 2023. 

Prior to joining Welspun World, Khyati served as AVP at India Today Group in 2021. She has also held senior marketing and content roles across leading organisations, including Star TV Network, where she was Associate Vice President – Marketing & Content, and Dainik Bhaskar Group, where she served as General Manager – Brand & Marketing. 

Khyati began her career in account management with Beehive Communications and went on to work with agencies including Triton Communications, Ogilvy and Grey Group. Her experience also spans marketing roles at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and International Flavors & Fragrances. 

The expanded mandate brings together Khyati’s experience across corporate communications, brand building and marketing as Welspun World continues to strengthen its overall brand and communications strategy.
