Polycab India implemented a distinctive out-of-home (OOH) campaign during the Jagannath Puri Rath Yatra 2025, choosing to integrate its brand directly into the event’s functional landscape rather than relying on traditional advertising hoardings. The company’s strategy focused on providing practical support and amenities for the millions of devotees participating in the annual festival.
At the heart of Polycab’s OOH initiative were several purpose-built installations designed to enhance the experience and comfort of the pilgrims. These included mobile charging stations, strategically placed to address the common need for device power during the long procession. Additionally, branded safety watch towers were erected, serving both as security vantage points and subtle brand touchpoints. To combat the heat, cooling zones offered much-needed respite for attendees. Polycab also contributed by upgrading police booths, thereby supporting the infrastructure for law enforcement personnel managing the vast crowds.
Each of these initiatives was carefully designed to support the safety, comfort, and connectivity of those attending the Rath Yatra.
