Jio is marking its 10th anniversary with a large-scale outdoor advertising campaign that brings its message, “Jio maine banaya”, to prominent billboard sites. The creatives feature people from different walks of life, including a doctor and a working professional, with the campaign line translating to “I built Jio”.

Rather than focusing solely on the network or its technology, the campaign shifts attention to the people whose lives and work have been connected with Jio over the past decade. The use of individual portraits gives each billboard a personal voice, while the consistent branding and repeated campaign line tie the executions together.

The scale of the rollout is evident in the photographs, which show multiple large-format sites along busy roads, including digital billboards. The campaign’s presence across different locations gives the anniversary message repeated visibility to commuters and reinforces the same people-led idea across the city.

The outdoor campaign is part of Jio’s wider #10YearsOfJio celebrations, which look back at a decade of connectivity while recognising the people who contributed to the brand’s journey. The “Jio maine banaya” line makes that idea tangible: instead of presenting Jio’s growth as a story told only by the company, it gives the people featured in the campaign a place in that story.
