Factorial has rolled out a striking out-of-home activation in Paris, transforming the promise of AI-powered efficiency into a tangible, real-world experience. Conceptualised by creative agency Creapills, the campaign introduces a visually intriguing “cloning machine” that brings Factorial’s AI proposition to life ahead of HR Technologies 2026.

Installed near the Bassin de la Villette, the activation draws passersby into an unexpected experience. A mysterious booth invites individuals to step inside, setting the stage with smoke, lighting effects and theatrical suspense. Moments later, one person appears to emerge as two, unfolding a clever illusion that surprises onlookers seated in nearby cafés and walking through the area. The entire interaction is captured through a hidden-camera setup, turning everyday urban movement into a moment of live spectacle.

The campaign serves as a physical metaphor for Factorial One, the brand’s native AI engine. By visualising AI as a “digital double,” the activation simplifies a complex technological promise: software that quietly takes over repetitive HR tasks and frees teams to focus on higher-value work. Rather than relying on explanatory messaging, the OOH execution communicates its idea instantly through experience and visual impact.
