Call of Duty brings Korean Alleyway to life in London and Los Angeles
The experience was developed by Activision in partnership with Omnicom Media and Amazon Ads.
Call of Duty has recreated Korean alleyways in London and Los Angeles which allows fans to step into the world of Modern Warfare 4.
Set up on Shoreditch High Street in London and Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, the installations featured detailed shopfronts, neon signs, graffiti and street props inspired by the game. In London, the set was built in a former car park surrounded by advertising hoardings.

The experience was created by Activision in partnership with Omnicom Media and Amazon Ads. Visitors could pick up mission cards and solve puzzles placed around the alleyway. Those who cracked the code could unlock Amazon Loot Lockers filled with limited-edition Call of Duty prizes.
The campaign also reached fans online through Twitch. Viewers could use chat commands to switch between CCTV cameras, look for hidden clues and work together to unlock rewards. Fans who could not visit the physical installations could also explore the alleyway online.

The campaign follows Call of Duty’s earlier efforts to bring the game into the real world, including its London zombie trophy wall.
By recreating a setting from the game, Call of Duty gave fans a chance to experience its world beyond the screen. The detailed street setting offered plenty of photo opportunities, while the puzzles and rewards encouraged visitors to explore the space and take part in the experience.
