Adding his perspective to this conversation at OAC 2026 is Rohit Sinha, Vice President – Marketing, Mana Projects Pvt. Ltd. (Mana Developers), who will be a panelist for the session, ‘Trust, Tech and Transparency: Time to revisit the 3 Ts?’ 

A seasoned marketing leader with over 24 years of managerial experience, including nearly 15 years in the real estate sector, Rohit currently leads the Brand, Marketing and Digital Marketing functions at Mana Projects, one of Bengaluru’s leading premium residential developers. 

Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions with some of India’s most respected real estate brands, including Sobha Developers, Brigade Group, Assetz Property Group, Puravankara, Pashmina Developers and Ramky Estates & Farms. He has spearheaded the marketing of more than 50 residential developments across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Coimbatore and Mysuru, spanning premium, luxury and integrated township projects. 

Rohit’s expertise spans brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, digital transformation, media planning, customer acquisition, product launches and experiential marketing. He has been instrumental in driving large-scale brand campaigns and integrated media initiatives across both traditional and digital platforms. 

As an advertiser with extensive experience in evaluating media effectiveness and marketing outcomes, Rohit brings a valuable brand-side perspective to the discussion. His insights into consumer behaviour, marketing ROI and the evolving role of OOH within an omnichannel marketing ecosystem are expected to add significant depth to the conversation around how trust, technology and transparency can shape the future of the medium.
