Joy Bhattacharjya returns as Quiz Master for ‘The Quintessential OOH Quiz’ at OAC 2026
The renowned sports administrator, author and cricket analyst will once again bring his trademark wit and encyclopaedic knowledge to one of the most anticipated segments of the OOH Advertising Convention.
The OOH Advertising Convention (OAC) 2026 has announced the return of Joy Bhattacharjya as the Quiz Master for ‘The Quintessential OOH Quiz’, one of the convention’s most engaging and eagerly awaited sessions.
Over the years, the quiz has become a signature feature of OAC, bringing together industry professionals in a spirited battle of knowledge, teamwork and quick thinking. With Joy at the helm, the session has consistently delivered an exciting mix of entertainment, learning and friendly competition, making it one of the convention’s most popular attractions.
A well-known figure in Indian sports and media, Joy currently serves as the CEO of the Prime Volleyball League and is a cricket analyst with Cricbuzz, the world’s largest online cricket platform. He is also the Director General of the Federation of Indian Fantasy Sports and the author of a book on former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni.
Joy’s illustrious career spans multiple domains, from sports administration and broadcasting to content and publishing. He previously served as the Project Director for the FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017, which went on to become the most attended junior tournament in FIFA’s history. His professional journey also includes leadership roles as Team Director of Kolkata Knight Riders, Head of Programming for History Channel and National Geographic in South Asia, and ESPN Star Sports’ first Indian Head of Production.
Beyond sports management, Joy is widely respected as a writer and commentator, having contributed to leading publications including The Times of India, India Today, BBC, The Telegraph, Hindustan Times and The Economic Times. He also writes regular quiz columns for The Times of India and The Hindu Business Line.
