Rupa Murudkar, who joins the jury panel of OAA 2026, brings over a decade of experience in driving consumer-centric growth, having built and scaled brands across Unilever, ITC, GCPL, Emami, and now Cholayil.
The OOH Advertising Awards (OAA) 2026 has welcomed Rupa Murudkar, Vice President – Marketing, Cholayil Private Limited, to its jury panel for the landmark 20th edition of the awards.
A seasoned marketing leader with over twelve years of experience across some of India’s most respected FMCG organizations, Rupa brings a unique blend of commercial acumen and brand-building expertise to the jury. Her career spans leadership roles at Unilever, ITC Limited, Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL), and Emami, where she has worked across sales, marketing, portfolio management, and business growth functions.
Over the years, she has led and managed several prominent personal care portfolios, including heritage cooling brands, premium wash products, and beauty categories. With experience spanning both on-ground channel management and strategic brand stewardship, she has consistently driven market expansion, visibility, and business performance across diverse consumer segments.
Currently serving as Vice President – Marketing at Cholayil Private Limited, Rupa is responsible for shaping the strategic marketing direction of the company’s portfolio, overseeing brand growth, consumer engagement, and market development initiatives.
