OSMO has appointed Megha Karani Gupta as Managing Partner, strengthening its leadership team as the agency expands its capabilities across strategy, creative, technology and data-led advertising.
With over 19 years of experience across India and the Middle East, Megha brings expertise spanning brand strategy, creative, digital transformation, content, business growth and emerging AI-led marketing ecosystems. In her new role, Megha will lead OSMO’s business growth, strengthen the agency’s strategic and creative capabilities, and build integrated solutions for brands navigating an increasingly technology-led marketing landscape.

Prior to joining OSMO, Megha was Senior Vice President at Monks India, where she led business and strategic mandates while driving the adoption of AI-first workflows across strategy, creative and production. Earlier, as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Business Officer at Tribes, she led key business mandates and scaled the agency’s branded content practice.
She has also held leadership roles at Leo Burnett, Gozoop, L&K Saatchi and Hakuhodo.
