Mia by Tanishq appoints Sneha Kanukolanu as Marketing Lead
Prior to joining Mia by Tanishq, Kanukolanu served as the Head of Marketing at The Bear House, where she played a key role in shaping the brand’s identity and growth trajectory.
Mia by Tanishq has appointed Sneha Kanukolanu as its new Marketing Lead, strengthening its marketing leadership as the jewellery brand continues to expand its presence among younger consumers.
Sneha announced her appointment through a LinkedIn post, expressing excitement about beginning a new chapter with the brand.
“Excited to share that I’ve joined Mia by Tanishq as Marketing Lead,” she wrote, while reflecting on the experiences that shaped her journey to the role.
Prior to joining Mia by Tanishq, Sneha served as the Head of Marketing at The Bear House, where she played a key role in shaping the brand’s identity and growth trajectory. During her tenure, she helped build the brand’s positioning around ‘The Young Gentlemen’, while also leading several initiatives including the launch of retail stores with distinctive brand signatures, Project Bear Care, Bear Cafe and key campaigns such as Black Friday activations.
Reflecting on her stint at The Bear House, Sneha said, “My time at The Bear House reminded me why I love building brands. Every project challenged us to think beyond campaigns and build something people could genuinely connect with and enjoy.”
Before The Bear House, she was associated with Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, where she led brand marketing, CRM and customer experience initiatives for premium brands under The Collective portfolio, including Ralph Lauren, Ted Baker and Fred Perry.
Her career also includes a stint at Fossil Group India, where she served as Country Brand Manager, overseeing marketing responsibilities for brands such as Fossil, Skagen, Emporio Armani and Diesel.
Sneha began her professional journey in advertising with Leo Burnett and DDB Mudra, working across a diverse portfolio of brands including Titan Sonata, Tata Group, Google, Bajaj Allianz, Royal Challenge, Signature and the Income Tax Department of India.
With extensive experience across fashion, lifestyle and premium consumer brands, Sneha is expected to play a key role in further strengthening Mia by Tanishq’s brand positioning and deepening its engagement with consumers in its next phase of growth.
