Hocco has elevated Roli Shrivastava to the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), marking a significant milestone in her leadership journey with the company.

In her expanded role, Roli will lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, brand building, consumer engagement and growth initiatives as Hocco continues to strengthen its presence in India’s competitive ice cream and frozen desserts market.

With over 14 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy, Roli has been an integral part of Hocco’s growth story since joining the company in 2018. Over the years, she has steadily progressed through several leadership positions, serving as General Manager – Marketing, Assistant Vice President – Marketing, and most recently Vice President – Marketing, before being elevated to Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior to Hocco, Roli held marketing leadership roles at Zomato and Snapdeal, where she worked on brand strategy, consumer engagement and growth initiatives. She began her professional journey in sales at Airtel, building a strong foundation in customer understanding and market development.

Her elevation reflects Hocco’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership team as it enters its next phase of growth. Having played a key role in shaping the brand’s marketing strategy and consumer connect over the years, Roli is expected to further drive Hocco’s brand positioning, marketing innovation and customer-centric growth in her new role.
