Beco and Zepto turn World Environment Day into a living OOH experience
The campaign is executed by Coral Media and installed by Sakshi Advertising Company at Bandra Bandstand
To mark World Environment Day, sustainable home-care brand Beco partnered with Zepto to create an interactive outdoor activation at Bandstand, Bandra, turning a traditional OOH installation into a living, evolving experience.
Set against Mumbai’s seafront, the installation featured a wall made up of hundreds of live plants arranged around a large leaf motif. At first glance, the structure served as a striking visual representation of Beco’s sustainability-first positioning. But the real idea lay in what happened next.
Passersby were invited to pick up and take home a free plant from the installation. With every plant removed, the structure gradually transformed, making the audience an active participant in the campaign rather than a passive observer.
The activation was built around a simple but powerful message: sustainability is not something brands can achieve alone. It requires individual action and collective participation.
As the day progressed and more plants found new homes, the installation itself changed shape, leaving behind a visual reminder of the campaign’s core thought—that nature continues to give, provided people choose to care for it.
