Lucknow Municipal Corporation Floats tender for outdoor advertising agencies
The selected agencies will handle outdoor publicity for government initiatives and public information campaigns at various locations.
The Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC) has invited bids to empanel agencies for outdoor advertising work across the city. The selected agencies will help display government schemes, public welfare messages, development projects and other public information through outdoor media.
According to the tender document, the empanelment will initially be for two years. The corporation may extend the period in six-month increments.
The scope of work includes installing and maintaining hoardings, rooftop displays, unipoles, flex banners, kiosks, standees, backdrops, gantries and other outdoor advertising formats within the municipal limits of Lucknow.
The tender was opened for bidding on October 24, 2026, with the last date for submission set as November 6, 2026, until 5 pm. The bid documents are scheduled to open on the same day at 6 pm. The date for opening the financial bids will be announced later.
The tender fee is INR 11,800 (INR 10,000 + 18% GST), while bidders must submit an earnest money deposit (EMD) of INR 10 lakh.
To qualify, bidders must have an average annual turnover of at least ₹1.5 crore across the 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 financial years. They must also show outdoor advertising work worth at least INR 1 crore for government departments, public sector undertakings or urban local bodies during the last three financial years. A functional office and warehouse in Lucknow are also required.
The LMC will determine the lowest rates among technically qualified bidders. Agencies willing to work at these rates may be empanelled, and the corporation will allocate work based on their capacity, efficiency and creativity. The quoted rates cannot exceed those set by the Uttar Pradesh Information and Public Relations Department.
The tender also outlines maintenance and quality requirements for the advertising displays, with agencies responsible for replacing damaged or faded flex material at their own cost. The tender documents are available on the Uttar Pradesh e-tendering portal.
