Mumbai-based Apar Advertisers Pvt. Ltd. has secured the bulk advertising rights for multiple outdoor media sites at Borivali railway station under a Western Railway tender, strengthening its footprint across one of Mumbai’s busiest suburban transit hubs.

According to the contract agreement issued through the Government eMarketplace (GeM) and Indian Railways E-Procurement System (IREPS), Apar Advertisers has been awarded the rights for display advertising on existing hoarding structures at Borivali station for a period of three years.

The contract, signed with Mumbai Central Division – Commercial, Western Railway, will run from April 24, 2026 to April 23, 2029.

The tender includes multiple strategically positioned outdoor media sites across Borivali East and West, covering high-traffic transit and circulation zones around the station precinct.

The inventory includes hoardings located at:

  • Borivali ROB Flyover (West to East and East to West, both RHS and LHS)
  • Chandavarkar Lane SV Road stretch
  • Borivali West ticket window zone
  • LT Road facing station and SV Road
  • Borivali East railway colony
  • Surbhi Hotel junction
  • Borivali East circulation areas and road-facing sites

The media formats range across sizes including 20×20, 20×10, 30×20, 30×30 and a large-format 60×10 site, offering a mix of visibility-led arterial road inventory and station-facing commuter engagement opportunities.

Borivali remains one of the most commercially significant stations on Mumbai’s suburban railway network, serving heavy daily commuter movement while also acting as a major transit connector between Mumbai and its northern suburban belt.
