Ichiro T. Jinnai, President – Japan Perion, to speak at OAC 2026

Brining a global perspective to the 20th edition of the OOH Advertising Convention (OAC) 2026 on the theme of expanding OOH infrastructure will be Ichiro T. Jinnai, President – Japan Perion. Ichiro will deliver a session titled ‘OOH as a Global Platform – Developing the Infrastructure for Market Expansion.’
An established industry leader, Ichiro has spent years working at the intersection of media, technology, automation, and programmatic advertising. Throughout his career, he has focused on transforming traditional advertising models into scalable, data-led platforms capable of delivering greater efficiency, accountability, and business growth.
Today, Ichiro serves as President – Japan at Perion, the global ad-tech company that helps agencies, brands, and media owners optimise marketing investments through advanced technology solutions across digital channels. In this role, he continues to drive innovation in advertising by helping businesses navigate an increasingly automated and data-driven media landscape.
Prior to joining Perion, Ichiro served as CEO of LIVE BOARD, Japan’s first impression-based Digital Out-of-Home media operator. Established as a joint venture between NTT DOCOMO and Dentsu, LIVE BOARD played a pioneering role in advancing audience-based DOOH trading and measurement in one of the world’s most technologically advanced advertising markets.
Ichiro’s experience spans mobile advertising, online media, programmatic platforms, audience measurement, and digital transformation initiatives, making him one of the leading voices on the future of automated media ecosystems.
At OAC 2026, his session is expected to explore how markets can move beyond digital adoption towards creating sustainable infrastructure that enables long-term growth.
