The 20th edition of the OOH Advertising Convention (OAC) 2026 will feature Amita Sagar, Head Marketing, BHIM Payments App, of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) Group, who will deliver a presentation titled ‘Winning the attention war & what it takes today for a brand’. 

A seasoned marketing leader, Amita has held leadership roles across some of India’s most renowned organisations, including Hindustan Unilever, The Coca-Cola Company, Kingfisher Airlines and Tata Teleservices, before taking on her current role at the NPCI Group. 

Throughout her career, she has successfully led high-impact brand strategy, integrated marketing, consumer engagement and business growth initiatives, helping brands build relevance and drive meaningful consumer connections across highly dynamic and competitive categories. Known for combining strategic thinking with creative execution, she has consistently delivered marketing campaigns that strengthen brand salience, consumer adoption and business outcomes. 

At the NPCI Group, Amita currently leads the marketing function for BHIM, one of India’s flagship digital payment platforms, where she is driving brand growth and accelerating the adoption of digital payments across the country. 

At OAC 2026, Amita will share her perspectives on how brands can navigate shrinking attention spans, increasing media fragmentation and rapidly evolving consumer expectations to remain relevant and memorable. Her presentation is expected to provide valuable insights into building distinctive brands, creating cultural resonance and developing marketing strategies that enable brands to stand out in today’s attention economy. 

The 20th edition of OAC will be held on 24-25 July 2026 at the Grand Hyatt, Goa, bringing together leading voices from marketing, media, technology and advertising under the theme, ‘Do The X!’.
